Rainbows and snow

The weatherpeople have announced that this is going to be an “ice-winter”, with three weeks of snow behind us, and more to come, this is indeed the time to don those home-knitted cosy things that keep the slush and cold drafts from our skin.

This is where my rainbow scarf comes to glory! I’ve taken a picture to show you how many times this goes around my neck before I venture outside. This is no less than SIX layers of fabric. And it keeps me very warm indeed. Hooray, double knitting. Hooray rainbows.

My rainbow scarf is available as a free download.
